From a young age, I experienced the world through deep sensitivity and intuitive perception. Over time, life, conditioning, and lived experience taught me to disconnect from that knowing, like many of us do.
My path has been one of returning to intuitive self-trust through everything I was taught to forget.
Through years of inner work, spiritual exploration, and embodied practice, I learned how to trust my own awareness again. How to listen beneath thought. How to recognize the quiet intelligence moving through life.
What I now share is not a method or a fixed identity, it is a way of remembering.
